This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds, and what steps to take if you'd like to return or exchange an item.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund on products that meet the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked final sale or non-refundable

  • Gift cards or promotional items


Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email support@barinasplanet.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  2. Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Product: Return the item(s) in secure packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item(s). If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@barinasplanet.com with photos and your order number.

  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times can vary.

  3. Still need help? Reach out to us at support@barinasplanet.com and we’ll investigate.


Important Notes

  • We do not refund original shipping costs (unless the error was on our part).

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the return does not meet our policy criteria.
